The Pintupi people are custodians of the Central Western Desert, maintaining deep connections to Tjukurpa through ceremony, songlines, and land stewardship across vast desert Country.
Ni'ripono Gwata Tu Sovereign Government
Cape York Region
The Ni'ripono Gwata Tu people govern their sovereign territory in the Cape York region, upholding customary law and cultural authority over their ancestral lands and waters.
Majagi
Larrakia, Tiwi Island and Brinkin peoples
Majagi represents the collective governance of the Larrakia, Tiwi Island, and Brinkin peoples, custodians of the tropical lands and seas of the Top End.
Additional Countries/Tribal Nations across multiple regions have entered into formal Treaty partnerships with the Alliance. Each member Country/Nation remains autonomous and self-governing.
